Full Spectrum Lighting For Seasonal Depression
As the Seasons change, day light savings has come. We all have to adjust to it getting dark outside as early as 4:30. A lot of people want to know what we can all do to combat seasonal depression.
The number one product I can recommend is a full spectrum light bulb. These light bulbs are made with neodymium, which is a rare element used in space age technology. These bulbs were made in northern Finland, because much like Alaska life is sustained in total darkness for months at a time.
These lights mimic natural sun light, and promote a sense of well being. They can really can really help make a long winter a little bit shorter.
