Hot Peppers are a true spice of life

There is no question that hot peppers can spice up any diet or meal. However there is great holistic value to hot peppers. They are packed full of vitamin A and C.
Many people including Don Imus use capsaicin from hot peppers as a part of a holistic approach to treating cancer. However the benefits dont end here.
People have been using capsaicin creams for years to treat pain from arthritis, and other conditions. Even more benefits include the fact that hot peppers seem to speed up someones metabolism, when eaten as a part of a meal. They also may even reduce appetite.
I personally use cayenne peppers as a natural pesticide, as it keeps many bugs out of my garden। With all of the great benefits maybe everyone should consider having some hot peppers as a part of their garden next spring.

Image change for massage therapy

When you think of massage therapy what image comes to mind? A relaxing spa on a cruise ship or casino? While this may be true, Massage therapy has gone through an image change over the last 25 years.
Massage therapy has become a part of the health care community. The two most common reasons why people seek massage therapy are stress releif and chronic pain.
The reason clients keep coming back is because massage therapy addresses the cause of these issues. Factors that are contributing to this image change, are standards and regulations such as post graduate education, a code of ethics, and a license for therapists that pass a national boards exam.
Even some health insurance companies are choosing to include massage therapy in their coverage plans. However you don’t need to have chronic pain to benefit from massage therapy.
A once or twice a month maintenance plan will help prevent injuries, and chronic pain from occurring in the first place. It is fair to consider massage as an overall maintenance plan for your health

Rebounding is a great form of exercise

We all know that there are many great forms of exercise to choose from. If you belong to a gym you probably will not be able to find a rebounder there.
But they should consider providing them for their members. A rebounder is a minature trampoline. Just 20 minutes of jumping on a rebounder per day, will move more lymphatic fluid than a half hour walk, or even an hour massage!
The reason rebounding is such a great form of exercise is because it stimulates every cell including all organs and glands…. boosting the immune system.
It will increase the amount of oxygen in your tissue including muscles, bones, organs, and glands. After your first week you will also notice a large increase in energy!!
