PATIENT LOYALTY PLANS
Initial visit/Examination $60
Each Visit thereafter $40
For those patients requiring sub acute treatment 4 visits $100 exam included
For those patients requiring acute treatment 15 visits over 3 months (pre pay cost) $450 includes first visit exam
Wellness Care Plans:
1 treatment per month for one year (prepay cost) $400 includes exam
2 treatments per month for one year (prepay cost) $700 includes exam
Weekly treatments for one year (prepay cost) $1200 includes exam
This program offers a special discounted rate for a number of visits that have to be used by the patient within 12 months of the program start date.
MASSAGE THERAPY:
If you ever tried to get your health insurance company to cover the cost of your therapeutic massage sessions, you have been disappointed with the results. This is why I am offering patient loyalty plans to increase the value of your therapeutic massage therapy sessions even more.
Each 1hour sesion $70.
4 1 hour sessions $240
8 1 hour sessions $440
12 1 hour sessions $600 that’s 1 time per month who couldn’t use the stress relief
